The Paris office has many strengths, including its ideal location, elegant workspaces, and a vibrant, international team. Those who haven’t yet had the chance to visit are encouraged to do so and experience the atmosphere firsthand.

A lively and convenient location

Our office is located in one of the most vibrant areas of Paris, the Madeleine–Saint-Lazare district. It’s just a short walk from Gare Saint-Lazare and Boulevard Haussmann. The area is surrounded by landmarks like Opera Garnier, the Madeleine, and the iconic Galeries Lafayette. If you fancy a walk, the Tuileries gardens and Place Concorde with a view of the Champs Elysees and Eiffel Tower are a short walk away.

The neighbourhood is full of life, and importantly, as we are in France, countless places to eat.

Whether you’re in the mood for a quick coffee, a healthy lunch, or a more refined lunch experience, the neighbourhood is packed with restaurants and cafés from the four corners of the world.

Many colleagues in the Paris office enjoy trying out new places each week to add a refreshing break to the workday. Of course, Rue Godot de Maury is a team favourite. And really, have you worked at the PNO office if you haven’t had a truffles pizza at TOTO or cream-stuffed Choux from Odette? For a closer bite, Rue Castellane behind the office, with its bakeries and lunch places, is the go-to for those who don’t feel like walking far. And for some sweet delights, a whole floor of patisseries, chocolatiers and macarons, await you at Le Gourmet at Galeries Lafayette.

Nevertheless, the appeal goes beyond the location; the office itself offers a comfortable and inspiring work environment.

A beautiful, light-filled workspace

One of the first things people notice when they visit is how beautiful the office is. With a classic Parisian style, the space is open, modern, and filled with natural light, creating a calm and uplifting environment to work in. The décor is minimalist yet warm, with plants that have become part of the team, cared for by colleagues who occasionally stop by to give them a little attention. Thoughtful details, like the wood paneling and ornate crown moulding with almost hidden figures, add a unique charm. Just recently, I realized there’s a dog hidden in the moulding, a small surprise that makes the space even more special. It’s a quiet reminder that beauty often hides in the smallest details, even in the spaces we work every day.

An international and dynamic team

Nonetheless, the energy of the office comes from the people who work here. Our team is truly international, with colleagues from almost 20 nationalities. In addition to French and English, many languages are spoken daily in the corridors, including Arabic, Italian, German, Hungarian, Spanish and the odd Norwegian/Swedish discussion. This cultural diversity brings fresh ideas, different perspectives, and an openness that makes collaboration both easy and rewarding. It also enhances our connection with other PNO offices. While English serves as our common language within the different PNO Group offices, speaking other languages adds a personal touch. Whether it’s a joke, a cultural reference, or simply saying thank you in someone’s native tongue helps break down barriers. It keeps communication professional, yet more human and friendly.

A great place for growth and community

Beyond the setting, what truly makes our office stand out is its culture.

There is a strong balance between professionalism and friendliness. People are motivated, supportive, and open-minded. It’s a place where you’re encouraged to take initiative, ask questions, and contribute to meaningful projects.

Sharing the office and projects with our sister company Arttic, we benefit from a holistic approach to our work that combines expertise in grant development, project management, tax incentives, and other innovation services. This is most obvious when our colleagues from the Lyon and Toulouse offices come to Paris for common events, bringing with them additional perspectives from key regional innovation ecosystems.

With all this in mind, working in our Paris office means being part of an international team within a supportive and comfortable environment. The location, right in the heart of the city, only adds to the experience. Come visit us if you have the opportunity, we will be happy to welcome you in person.
